About me

My deep curiosity about the human psyche—and my desire to contribute something meaningful to the world—led me to study a Bachelor's degree in Psychology at Universidad Anáhuac México.Since then, I’ve focused on bringing mental health into the workplace, combining academic knowledge with practical experience, and integrating the human side with strategic thinking. I completed two concentrations in organizational and clinical psychology, and after working at a mental health startup, I realized that traditional tools weren’t enough to meet the real needs of my audience.

I use an integrative view of the human experience: bio-psycho-social and spiritual. That’s why I’ve complemented my academic training with contemplative practices and studies in applied spirituality. I pursued a postgraduate diploma in Buddhist practices and neuroscience at the University of Amsterdam, which provided me with holistic tools to enhance emotional self-regulation and self-awareness. I’ve also taken courses with Ho Rites of Passage in Montreal on ritualized dialogue and the socio-spiritual traditions of Native American cultures.

I’m also a Certified Happiness Coach by the Wellbeing Institute in Berkeley, California—training that equips me to support personal growth processes using science-based wellbeing practices.

I currently hold a Master’s degree in Human Systems Intervention from Concordia University in Montreal, Canada. This program taught me how to plan and implement organizational change processes using people-centered, team-based, and systemic approaches. This perspective allows me to facilitate meaningful and effective interventions for companies and organizations seeking intentional transformation.

Thanks to my passion and professionalism, I’ve been invited as a speaker more than 90 times and have participated in various radio shows.

I’ve developed digital content—including courses, infographics, and podcasts—and collaborated as a consultant in organizational transformation projects with organizations such as Nestlé, La Ville de Montréal, the Montreal International Black Film Festival, and the International Alliance of ALS/MND Associations.
